Question by John: Can my p.o violate me again or is she just power trippin?
So im on 2 rs probation for defiant trespassing.(pittsburgh,pa) About 13 months into it i was arrested for DUI. She put out a detainer and i was in county for 2 weeks. My high priced attorney was able to get it lifted with stipulations such as i complete a drug and alcohol eval, which i did and was recommended iop treatment, the next stipulation was pay off half off my owed restitution within 30 days of release, which i did and more paid 740 of 1100 total owed. Also had to prove i had a job which i was able to have my employer fax the judge a letter saying i currently am employed. So i was released on march 1 2012 and had my eval on march 14. I tell my probation officer that Im scheduled for outpation rehab treatment in may. She says thats too far an will telli\ the judge i’m not complying but that is the earliest they could set me up! i was already violated on the new charge of dui and had my probation reinstated as my attorney got the judge to rule that i was unlawfully detained. She is causing me crazy anxiety though! i’m just tired of her constant threats and cussing at me everytime i try to update her

Your high priced lawyer should be able to answer this for you.

Is this the only rehab facility open to you? If not, get in touch with others. If yes, get a letter from the rehab indicating it was your earliest possible appointment with them.

Also, get your butt to a 12 step program & get a willing sponsor. Use the sponsor as a witness.

Both a letter & a sponsor will show the judge your commitment & shut down the PO’s beef against you.
