IV Dilaudid…dilaudid is stronger than morphine and if it’s given iv (intravenously), well what more could you ask as far as potency? Other than that, Death would be the next answer. With death, you don’t feel anything.

Morphine would be the most powerful that is legal. I believe heroin is more so.
